  • Easy assembly due to simple alignment of the pairs of trusses and high degree of accuracy
  • Time and cost savings during lifting operations due to the low weight
Heimo Egger
Assembly Supervisor

The VARIOKIT heavy-duty truss system with the variable starting frame has set new standards in shoring operations. It reduces the amount of assembly work required especially for inclined supporting structures. The accuracy of fit as well as aligning the pairs of trusses also make a convincing case.

PERI solution

  • Customised project solution on the basis of standardised, rentable system components from the VARIOKIT engineering construction kit
  • Coupled, over 37 m long truss girders with flexible truss arrangements and spacings in accordance with static requirements with framework unit spacings of 50 cm and 150 cm
  • Comprehensive range of services with project-specific planning, verifiable static calculations and on-site briefing for the scaffold erectors through a PERI supervisor
  • Standard connections by means of bolts and cotter pins, with site-compliant alignment and lateral bracing using DW 15/20 tie rods
