KingsQuare Residence Rama III, located on Rama 3–Ratchadaphisek Road, occupies a 4-1-14.4 rai (6,857 sq.m.) site and comprises a 52‑storey tower reaching 222 m in height with a total of 222 residential units.

Inspired by Modern British architecture, the building pays homage to traditional British architectural style. The striking facade features a clean, minimalistic look with continuous, straight geometric lines along the exterior, interpreting the distinct Modern British design aesthetic.
